My Contempt for Priests and the Movie; The Exorcist:
My disdain for the catholic church and Christian catholic priests, began in earnest at age 10, after hearing my grandmother tell me the stories of children, including her own younger brothers, of being raped and molested at the hands of catholic priests in Canada, where she grew- up. And of the stories of Indian children, who were stolen from their tribes and parents, and forced to live in catholic orphanages, where they were beaten and raped, and forbidden to speak in their own native language; she told me about, a little ten year old Indian boy, who was stripped naked, then tied to a post on the playground, in the snow, and in subfreezing whether, for speaking in his own native language, and encouraging other Indian children, to do the same. This child was later beaten and raped; and two weeks later, he was found dead, laying naked in the snow, as an example for the other children, of what would happen to them, for being rebellious to “God’s” work.
At about age 11, I heard about the release of the movie The Exorcist. The catholic church and the pope himself, started protesting this movie and trying to block its release. After that was unsuccessful; they started telling their ignorant followers, not to go and see the movie, saying: the mere act of watching this movie would make them vulnerable to the “devil,” and subject to “demon” attacks.
That next year when the opening day rolled around; I couldn’t wait to go see it – so my little 12 year old heathen ass, and two of my little heathen friends; headed off to the theater to see it. We found an older guy to get us in, took seats and started watching the movie. The first ¾ of the movie was pretty boring; but when the “devil” started kicking the shit out of the priests fucking asses; my friends and I went nuts. We were all rolling on the floor laughing; I laughed so hard, I almost wet my pants! Other people started leaving – some running out of the theater. A black Christian woman, who had brought her two children to see the movie; then asks us why we found this part of the movie so funny, I told her it was because I didn’t believe in god(s), the devil or jesus, and I hate priests, and moreover, it’s just a movie. She then got in my face, and demanded my phone number and the name of my mom; so she could tell her how I was acting. We all told this ignorant Christian to fuck off, and then moved to another part of the theater.
Over the years, the movie The Exorcist has become my all time favored. Here are the scenes I like the most:

Being Vegan
Well, I guess this is my first post on Posterous about being vegan.
We as citizens are subject to the market influence of agri-business. Sure, I am too. I'm not saying I am immune to the clenched fist of this nefarious industry as it extends into every pore of our dietary lifestyles, yet I try to abstain from consuming any animal or animal by-product wherever I can. I even look at clothing labels to make sure nothing is leather or made from wool. Once in while I may flub something and assume that a product is "animal friendly" and continue on through the check-out and later find that I was an idiot and didn't read the label. In all actuality I am not a true vegan but I try my damnedest.
However, how can we really know something that we purchase is "animal friendly" unless we abstain from the whole consumer marketplace? By which we actually produce our own cotton and our own garden veggies? To be self-sustaining? I for one would, on one point, wholeheartedly endorse such endeavors. But we are inundated with an environment that espouses a lax consumerism by which people just don't care where their "stuff" comes from. I must emphasize "don't care", because we really don't care even on second thought. There really is a "third thought".
So, as a society, on the second point we can't possibly alienate agri-business. Don't get me wrong, I'm not saying that agri-business, as it stands now, is anywhere but ethical; but that market forces dictate that consumers "get what they want". Therefore we change things by voting with our wallets and pocketbooks.

Christian Frogs and Mortality:
One morning two little tree frogs awoke on a tree branch over a pond, to the sounds of a Bigmouth-Bass jumping and splashing in the water. Gorge the frog said to Alvin the other frog: isn’t that the same Bigmouth fish, which devoured you’re mom, dad and most of your brothers and sisters? Alvin replied: I think so…yes that’s him; he’s the same greedy fish who’s been eating all of our friends too! Gorge thought out loud: I wish that big ugly frog eating fish would just roll over and just fucking die. Alvin quickly said to Gorge: you should never say anything like that about another one of God’s creations – God might get mad; and never let you into heaven. Gorge replied: FUCK GOD; if that big ugly frog eating fish was dead, this pond would be like you’re heavens – and besides that fact; I don’t believe in your fucking God, anyway! Alvin then said to gorge: I just don’t understand how any frog could live without Jesus; with all the dangers we face each day in our daily lives – why would anyone not accept Jesus; and besides, every frog in my family is a Christian, including me. Jesus is who keeps me alive; and I pray to him every day, and me and my family, have never missed one single Sunday Church service, in over 30,000 generations of our family. All you have to do is accept Jesus and you’ll be saved. Then if something does happen to you, you’ll go to heathen. Gorge replied: can you prove any of this bullshit that you’re saying – the only things we both know for sure is; most of your stupid Christian family has been eaten by birds and fish, including that big ugly one down there. Alvin then said: maybe, but I know their all waiting for me in heaven, and when I get there, we’ll all be together again.
As the Bigmouth Bass floated on top of the pond quietly listening to the two frogs arguing; up came hoping Alvin’s little brother, Matt. Matt said to Alvin and Gorge: praise the Lord: and good morning guys are there any tasty flies up there? Gorge replied: no Matt and we can’t get over there to our favorite Lilly-pads either; there’s a big ugly fish down there in the water, that’s wants to eat us. All at once, Alvin got this crazed look on his face and said: so you want proof Gorge, watch this – hey Matt, have you said your prayers yet today? Matt said: of course, I do every day before leaving home. Alvin then said: Matt, little brother; do you believe Jesus will protect you from that fish, if you hop over there to the Lilly-pads – there’s some mighty good tasting flies over there little brother. Matt replied: ye, yee, yes I do – in the name of Jesus; that big old ugly fish won’t mess with me. Then he hop’s into the water and onto a Lilly-pad and starts eating flies. Then the Bigmouth Bass, still observing, first looks at Matt, (his big mouth drooling) then he looks at Gorge and shakes his head, then he dives under the water, and as he jumps out of the pond, he knocks poor little Matt into the air, and eats him whole in the same jump
Gorge then said to Alvin: what the fuck, you stupid frog – what was your ignorant ass trying to do; see if the fish was hungry or not, you just got another one of your brothers killed. Why don’t you really prove you’re Christian faith to me; and jump your silly ass into the water too! Alvin then said to Gorge: I’m not that stupid; I haven’t said my prayers yet today!

Godless heathens: Wash. ranks 36th in importance of religion
I was pleasantly surprised to see the latest report on the importance of religion from the Pew Research Center. My state of Washington ranks only 36th in the survey. Only 48 percent of those in my state said they believe religion is very important to their lives; down from the first survey which I seen over 20 years ago, when the numbers were over 85 percent:
The Pacific Northwest had long been viewed as the least "churched" corner of the United States.
According to Pew's evaluation, 48 percent of Washington citizens believe religion is very important to their lives. The Evergreen State ranks 34th in worship attendance, 32nd in the frequency of prayer, and 36th in belief in God.
The Seattle PI
The state which ranked the highest in religious importance was Mississippi:
The rating ranks Mississippi as the nation's most religious state, with 82 percent saying religion is very important in their lives. The Magnolia State comes first in worship attendance, frequency of prayer and belief in God.
The states which have the lowest importance of religion were New Hampshire and Vermont; where one can also see a direct correlation between the levels of education, rates of crime, and religious importance. In those states where there are less deluded people; there’s also a lot less crime.
Free higher education = less religious delusion and crime – I support free higher education for all; though I know we’ll never see it. We can’t even get real health care reform passed!

Oral Roberts’s dead at 91:
As I started reflecting on this evil man’s life; I started wondering how many people had died because of this lying monster. I wondered how many sick children had died, because on his advised, their parents chose prayer for their child, and didn’t seek medical advice. I wondered how many people had died, at his faith hospital, which he ran from the late 70s, until it was closed, in 1989. I thought about the millions of dollars, he swindled from his ignorant followers, saying “if you don’t send me 8 million dollars by the end of the year, god’s going to call me home” (I thought, if god made me such an offer; I’d let the folks keep their money, and just go to heaven, and live forever in paradise, with jesus and god – who in their right mind, would turn down such an offer).
At the end; the only thing’s I could say were “good bye you religious pimp, and ignorant thieving heathen, I only hope, there is a hell, for you to burn in.”
In short; fuck him!

Why I believe moderate Christians won’t speak-up against Christian-extremist or anything else “Christian”
I believe the most harmful and evil things alive today on the earth are rooted in religion. It has been used for thousands of years, both to control, and enslave the minds of those who believe, these asinine myths are true. Religion is forced upon children by their parents; and in most cases, before they have even grown their first set of teeth in their heads. These children grow-up living a life of fear; believing there’s someone watching them from the sky, at all times, and deciding whether or not, they’ll be living with him in heaven forever, or if he’ll be sending them to hell; where they’ll roast burn and rot, for all of eternity.
This impedes the development and growth of normal thought processes.
They grow-up believing; anything they’re told – lest they suffer, being sent to hell forever. By the time their adults, and having never developed a normal sense of reasoning; they won’t even question the deeds, of others invoked in the name of Jesus. This is the same psychology, used by pimps to control their whores, and by first instilling fear in them (they don’t question what’s said, or done in the name of their masters, because they fear punishment; be it real or imaginary). The only difference is the pimp is real, and god’s not.
These religious pimps use fear as a tool, to manipulate the minds of their ignorant followers, in much the same way, as a pimp uses it, to control his whores. They develop both a scene of unquestioning faith, and devotion to their masters.
I’ve struggled for years in trying to understand, why my own mom drank the Kool-Aid herself. She took me and my siblings, to see the Great, rev. AA Allen back in the 60s (this Great thief, con-artist, and goddamn fucking liar; who was so loved and revered by his followers, that many of them, would have volunteered to wipe his shitty ass, with their own bare hands). I personally witnessed, this shameful, self-professed, man of “god,” raise the same dead man from a coffin; twice in the same year – in this video, this same man is being “healed” of stomach-cancer (either this man has the worst luck in the world, or it’s all just a fucking con).
This is one of the main reasons why I have so much contempt for these purveyors of delusion and ignorance; and I’ve personally witnessed their evil harm, and the damage they cause. After my mom became infected with this mind-virus; I watch suffer for many years, refusing to let anyone else treat her, except her doctor-Jesus. And as a consequence of this deluded reality, she died a slow and painful, premature death.
The stories written in the bible are no truer, than the ones about the cow, who jumped over the fucking moon. When I was a young child; my mom and dad convinced me, Santa was bringing gifts and toys, and that a tooth-fairy, exchanged my baby teeth for cash – I might have even believed, that a cow did in fact jump over the moon. However, as I grew older, and developed a sense of critical through, and reasoning; I left all of those magical Santa, cow, and God and Jesus stories behind me. I can only have hope that someday, these ignorant childlike, deluded Christian morons; who are roaming the earth, and spreading their mind-virus, will grow up someday, and do the same, as well
Below are both my story of AA Allen; and the link to the video of this same man being healed of stomach-cancer

Early one spring morning back in the 60's, my family and I were eating breakfast when we heard a knock at our door. Two Christian proselytizers informed my mother that the greatest man since Jesus had come to town. And he'd be conducting tent Church services in our neighborhood that evening. And come prepared to be saved and healed: (Wallets and purses in hand!)
My mom became real excited about this, and later on that evening, she headed off to the revival services with my siblings and I in tow. When we arrived at the tent, the service was all ready in progress. So we just took seats and began watching the show. As I looked around, I noticed that in the front row, were people in wheelchairs and lying around on stretchers. And on the right side of the stage, there was a coffin with flowers on top. After an hour or so, he said, he was starting to feel the presence of Jesus. And he was now ready to start performing miracles. And those wishing to be healed can start coming to the front of the stage.
A few folks started moving forward, but most remained seated. The first one to be healed was a lady in a wheelchair. She said in to the microphone; that she had been paralyzed now, for over 25 years. He then told her, "in the name of Jesus, you will, walk tonight." Then the organ started playing, and he put his hands on her head: then he started commanding her to stand up on her feet. After a few moments, she slowly began to rise up and out of her wheelchair. A few minutes later, she was running around, hands in the air praising Jesus, and acting like a fucking fool. He then healed about five others, which were in the front row. Then he made his way back on the stage, and approached the coffin. Standing next to it, was a woman crying and saying, that in that coffin was her husband, which had died two days earlier. As this guy started praying over her dead husband and the organ changed its tune. After a few minutes or so, the lid on the coffin began to rise. At this point I was scared shit-less, and just wanted to cry. And just then, I saw a man's head; rise up out of the coffin. The women started screaming, and so did I. As she bent over to grab him, the preacher held her back, saying, "just give him a few more moments, the miracle isn't over yet!" As this corpse was still awakening and the organ changed its tune, this time playing an upbeat and happy song. At this point, the service turned in too, what I can only describe as a healing frenzy. People were running up to the stage to be healed while the Church ushers, collected money in big baskets. This went on for an hour or so, before we left. My mom wrote this man a check that night, and placed it in one of the baskets. Later on that summer she received a free invitation, inviting her to his church camp in Miracle Valley, Arizona.
My mom decided to accept his invitation. So that next week, she headed for Arizona, my siblings and I in tow. We arrived on a Monday, besides the fact it was hot as hell, the place wasn't all that bad. Well the food was OK at least. There were Church services going on, almost the whole time we were there. But the fourth one that I attended: I saw something that I had seen before in the tent. The corpse which he was raising that day was the same one from back in the spring. Me being a little kid and all, I first thought: boy, this guy must sure die a lot. But then as I started looking at the others that he was healing; I realized that they were the same ones from the tent service last spring. I pointed this out to my mom, but she didn't seem too concerned. She said he was just doing god's work.
